Privacy & On-Site Stewardship
For the ongoing care and preservation of the estate, a long-term grounds steward resides in a separate stilt home located at the far edge of the property. This residence is fully independent and does not share guest amenities or living spaces. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the main home, pool, pier, Casa de Pescado, and surrounding grounds. The steward maintains the property discreetly and will not interact with guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.

Rates are subject to change based on season, demand, and length of stay and are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed. Taxes, cleaning fees, and optional services are additional and disclosed prior to booking.
